Ray Chamberlain, Chairman - Ray is a highly successful serial entrepreneur with an enviable track record of success in a variety of industries. Until 1998 Ray was Chairman and the principal shareholder in Forward Group PLC, Europe's leading manufacturer of PCB's and listed on the UK Stock Exchange. Ray accepted a $200m offer for the business in 1997 and diversified his interests in a number of areas, which included property development and setting up the Forward Group fund.
Paul Isaacs, Managing Director - Paul is a qualified chartered accountant who spent 15 years working in the UK private equity market as a Director with two of the UK's leading mid market players, Bridgepoint and RBS. He has invested well over £400m of equity in deals with a total value of £1.5bn. He was responsible for setting up RBS's Birmingham office and establishing it as the leading private equity house in the Midlands.
Tony O'Brien, Finance Director - Tony is a qualified chartered accountant who has spent the last 11 years managing the finances of various businesses from start ups to Plcs with in excess of £300m turnover. Over the past 5 years he has managed the finance functions for all of Ray Chamberlain's companies.
David Owen, Non-Executive Director - David is a qualified solicitor and was head of corporate finance at Hammonds, Birmingham until he retired. He was also, until recently, a non executive director on the Board of Aston Villa plc. |
